Hello i just ordered pays go sim car for 15£ online EE last friday and today i received my sim card problem is i cant call any numbers all time say i dont have a credit i can only txt and i have data?

hi i've bught a plan for 15£ and the data and messages are working however the phone calls are not working

earlier when i received my sim card and put my phone sim i received message it say Hi from EE thanks for buying a 15£ pack you get unlimited calls text and 25gb of data your allowance starts as soon as you make a call or text

Are you calling UK mobile and landline numbers?

Have you registered for an EE account? If so, do you have a pack showing in the EE app/account online?

Yes i call uk numbers and yes when i open EE app show how much data i left and 0.00 credit nothing more and in subscription pack show me i buy it 15£ pack i have data my phone i can message aswell only problem is i can't call any numbers uk.. no idea why

@Mehmed1993 Is the number you are calling a standard landline starting with 01, 02 or 03, or a mobile number starting 07? They should be able to be called, but if it is a number starting 084, 087 or 09, they would need credit.

its a number who start with a 07.. uk numbers in my app aswell show today my old number was moved from my old provider but still nobody cant call me straigt going in voice mail i am very disspointed because i already pay 15£ only i have data and i can text no phone call or calling..

it is say in message from EE moving today till 6pm but in EE app now is showed my old number moved no idea but still i cant get any calls going in voice mail and i cant call.. only i have data 100gb and i can txt imessage thats it..

It can take a bit of time for the number to fully transfer over @Mehmed1993, but would be done by the end of the day.

You should still be able to call out though using the temporary EE number.

Has your SIM with your previous provider disconnected yet?

i dont know i just using now this new EE sim in my phone and waiting my old number fully to be moved but i dont understand why i dont have 15£ pack? because when i am ordering this sim card i was 15£ from my card and when i txt now to 150 say no any plan? where i was pay this money then?

If you are able to text and use data, it does point to you having a pack, as you'd not be able to use either without credit or a pack.

If that isn't working as it should be, it will need our customer service guides to look at your account to see what is happening.

If you aren't able to call them using the EE SIM, you can call from any other phone using the numbers on the link above.
