Do you have to ring customer services or how do u get it for pay as you go. It's not showing when texting all packs to 150. Thanks

Does it show up in your online MyEE under Buy Packs?

Yeah tried the text pack35 to 150 number but didn't recognise it and then online the maximum amount my packs go to is £30 for 125gb pack. Strange
