£10 pack for 20gb but says 8gb

Hi, I have recently upgraded my Pay as you go data plan from £5 to £10. It says online that when you topup £10, you get 20gb included with your SIM, but on my MyEE, it says that my pack is with only 8gb. I have checked in addons and it shows nothing about the 20gb. What can I do?

How did you upgrade your PAYG plan? If you just switched from a £5 pack to a £10 pack on your existing SIM that's all you'll get, 8GB data. It's only if you buy a new PAYG SIM with that promotional offer that you'll get 20 GB.

I have a new SIM and just topped it up £10 and it still says 8GB not 20GB. Why is that?

@Eehev : Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 12GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until you have exhausted the normal ration.
