Hello,

I can`t find the option to remove my card details which I used before 😠 (PAYG account). Any advise please?

Text STOP PACK to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack you'll have the option to pay for it by PAYG credit or start another direct card payment.

Welcome to the EE Community

If you do wish to delete your card details completely from your account, if you give us a call one of our guides can make sure they are removed for you.

However if you do just wish to use a different card from your current one, if you follow the advice @XRaySpeX gave you can get a new card registered.
