My £15 bundle did not renew automatically. I have had this pack for years and have built up alot of boosts. I do not want to start a new pack and lose that. Those were the only things keeping me from switching to a new provider. I still have no data calls or txts. This has bever happened before.

Which pack did you have?

If you need to switch from a legacy pack to a modern pack, you will keep your existing boosts.
