Pay as you go add ons

Evening,

i am an ee pay as you go customer and i noticed when you call 150 to get data add ons the option has been removed.it says call or text options only.when you log onto the site..it only has option for a £20 data add on.

you used to be able to purchase £2..3…5 add ons and so on.this morning I had to speak to a customer advisor to get a data add on…could we have some clarification please?

If you text ADD DATA to 150 what options do you get.

Have you checked the EE app.
