I have a mobile kept at home for emergencies, on a pay as you go scheme. The credit should roll over as long as I am £10 in credit, but it keeps running out even though it's not been used. It's not connected to the internet so not using mobile data.

PAYG credit should roll over regardless of how much it is as long as you don't buy anything, like packs, with it. If you are auto buying recurring packs but don't want them then text STOP PACK to 150.
