Purchasing packs

I travel regularly between UK & South Africa & I top up so that my uk phone number does not become dormant. I buy a pack when in UK for my dual SIM card but would it be possible for me to top up my wife’s phone if she buys a EE SIM card for her phone?
I have available top up balance to cover another pack but not sure if I can transfer a pack to another phone? Thanks

@petev00 only if her sim is on your account. Ie you have two sims on your account, you’ll need to order another sim for your account and give this to her.

Thanks for your response.
I will try & order another sim. It would be easier for me to buy & pick up from the airport when we arrive at Heathrow if that is possible.

Hi @petev00

You won't be able to transfer the credit balance or packs between two Pay as you go SIMs

But you can always top up your wife's EE pay as you go SIM card online using our Fast Top-up page.

Can I order an additional SIM card via my online account to be sent out to my uk address? Or do I need to phone EE to order it?

Hi @petev00.

You don't need to give us a call to order, it can just be done online and be sent to your UK address.

You can just head over to our website and choose the option that works best for you.
