I purchased a 12 month Connected Data SIM card some time ago and then continued to use it on a £5 a month payment basis. As Roaming is no longer free in the EU and I will be in Europe for a month, I would like to pause my renewal payment for next month as I will not be using the SIM. The help page suggested on the Connected SIM Dashboard there was a button to Cancel (Pause) Renewal but I cannot see such a button. Any ideas how (or indeed if) I can pause my renewal for 1 month?

Text STOP PACK to 150. When you want to restart it you'll need to rebuy that pack so it may continue to recur.

Thanks for your help so far. My only concern is that if I stop my current plan and then have to rebuy it I won't get the same deal (10gb for £5 per month). I only use it for data and the latest packs only give 250mb for £5. I started with a Connected Data SIM which was £50 for 120GB that lasted 12 months. I'm not sure they exist anymore, although I haven't really researched this fully.

By stopping your current plan, you get the benefit of not incurring the costs you are trying to avoid.

The risk of your plan not being available when you want to resume, is the risk you run by doing so. There's a good chance of similar bundles being available when you come to resume - they could be less generous, they could be better value.

That is ultimately a choice you have to make.
