Hi I recently topped up with 10 quid credit and it automatically renewed it self as soon as I topped up I was planning to purchase something with it can it be refunded back as credit

@adam_lc You should of text STOP PACK to 150 before you topped up, this would of stopped your pack from renewing as it has done in the past for you. You can not get this back as credit it’s already been used to purchase the pack.
