i have just topped up my credit £10.00 on the anonymous payment site and i received an email telling me it had gone through but it has not appeared on my account

Does the email show the correct number you were looking to top up? Has the £10 been used automatically to purchase a pack?

You'll need to call Customer Service who can check where the £10 credit has gone, if there are no packs or bundles in place from it.
