&lt;P&gt;There are just a couple of things it's worth checking here, do you know if the message is showing as sent from the other person's end, and does there seem to be any pattern to which devices they're using?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have a pay as go pack sim £20 per month. Had it for about 2 years or so. Just this last week or so I have been unable to receive text messages, however I think I can from EE network as I can get responses from 150 and 2fa. I can send texts to others and they receive and still make and receive calls and data is working fine. I have checked message centre number, do not disturb, reset message app (Samsung s20 fe android), cleared messaged app cache, updated phone, restarted, removed and reinserted sim. Disconnected from network operator and reregistered and all manner of other things. Please help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt; thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aaron&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a lookup for number validity as part of message sending. So "sending failed" to your own number is indicative of the underlying issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you text NUMBER to 150, do you get the correct details by response?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it's been a while though it's very unlikely that this will be the contributor.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's also worth checking to see if &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-android-message-on-my-galaxy-device/#:~:text=1%20Run%20your%20Android%20Message,select%20the%20%E2%80%9CRCS%E2%80%9D%20option." target="_blank"&gt;Android Messaging via RCS&lt;/A&gt; is active on your phone, and making sure the settings for this are all correct if it is.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still not working, as I said I can receive texts from 150 and EE themselves but no one else. Highly doubt its any settings on the phone as I have not changed anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend restarting your phone then switching the RCS features back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If none of the settings here have changed, it's definitely one that would be best to get checked over by our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/technical-support/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;technical team&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They'll be able to look over a few things at our end, and we can then investigate further from there.&lt;/P&gt;
