Hello I've purchased a SIM card off of Amazon I was meant to activate it and have unlimited messages calls and data but I've currently got none of them

Was the SIM activated in the UK.
What is the expiry date on the SIM pack.

You just activate a SIM in the UK by connecting to the EE network.
