When you get the text saying your pack has ended, do you actually have the allowances removed as well?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can check in your online account or by texting AL to 150, does it report as still having the allowances to use?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend speaking to our Pay as you go team on 150 so they can check why these texts are coming out and make sure you are not losing out on your packs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Top up and bundle renew get immediate text saying it's ended</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi for the last month and this month I've topped up my bundle , today was automated i received the confirmation text then an hour later I get a text saying my renewal has ended and I will be charged for all texts calls and roaming this has happened four times and happens every time I have topped up so far it's got me 25 on pay as you go that's lasted less then an hour!&amp;nbsp; Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
