    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I accidentally created an additional account, and as a result, I lost access to the previous connection I was using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I believe there was still credit on the account, but it seems that I can’t use it or prevent the auto pack from being applied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’ve tried using the 150 text service, called 150, and also sent an email, but I haven’t received any response yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Currently, I can’t use my EE service. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I would like to either resume my EE service or receive a refund for the remaining credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thank you for your time and assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I just want to double check so I can be sure I understand what's happening here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you lost service outright to your SIM and can't make calls etc, or is it just the online account you're struggling with?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
