I have £13.50 on an old phone number account that I’m not using I was hoping to get it back but can’t find a way to message ee without calling

@Kacii To speak with customer support it’s just quicker to call. But if this is on a PAYG account it’s not refundable

@Kacii : If it was on a contract that you are not now paying for each month & was cancelled, you would have had it auto refunded. Therefore it must have been on PAYG.

PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your cas
