&lt;P&gt;If you text AL to 150, does this confirm you have a pack active with a data allowance?&lt;BR /&gt;Also what model of phone are you using, and what is happening when you try to get online?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i recently just purchased a £10 pack to renew but its not working. I got a confirmation mail and text but its not working. Can I know what is going on, because this isn't nice. I purchased out of a matter of urgency and now I can't do what I want to do without trying to connect to some random wifi, pretty much uncomfortable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would really appreciate a swift response on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
