All my minutes drained

So i was on a call with someone and all my minutes were completely drained i have been on the same pack for a few months now and never had this issue i was on wifi calling and my wifi is definelty working and on. Why has 470 of my minutes been used????? Surely i get some compensation im sure this isnt an issue on my end.

@jaiiiiii : Even with WiFi Calling you are still consuming mins. when you make calls. WiFi Calling is not a way of making free calls but just a routing mechanism to use when the mobile signal is weak. So that's where your mins. have gone while you were thinking WiFi Calling didn't use any.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

WiFi-calling uses EE's central network to route your calls & texts to other networks. You just replace the mobile radio network with your WiFi-router.

The call charges have always been the same either way.
