.I need to change to the 15 pack. Why is the package charged automatically?

@Nada34 : Top up to at least £15 before the current £5 pack expires & then text PACK15 to 150. The £15 pack will be held pending until the £5 pack expires but if you want it to start immediately text NOW to 150.

@Iqra1231 : No, this user discussion group can't activate anything for you.

The £5 pack is a legacy pack & quite likely has been withdrawn by EE. You may need to start buying packs of £10 or more.
