06 March 2025, I ran out of data on my PAYG phone. I bought a 7 day add on for £3.00 but find that EE actually took £4.50. How do I get my £1.50 back?

The cost of the add on I purchased was priced at £3.00.

If you have no extra charges for any other data add-on or usage showing in your EE app @NCW2
