    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently tried to top-up my EE Sim through Paypal partner Xoom.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My transaction went through and the amount was subtracted from my Paypal balance, however no balance was added to my sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea what I should do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the payment was made through Xoom, I would recommend speaking to them first of all so they can ensure that the money has been directed correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they confirm it has, you can then speak to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt; so they can look to do a payment search.&lt;/P&gt;
