I sent a message to 150 asking for STOP PACK. My request was accepted and after a few days the package was debited from my account! I want my money back.

On 04/03/25 I cancelled the package. I sent STOP PACK to 150, my request was accepted and today 09/03/25 the amount was debited from my account. This is not correct. I want my money back ! And again I cancelled the package
