    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’ve spent £10 onto my sim but I still can’t make calls or texts. This is probably due to me&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;receiving a text from EE saying that my Pay As You Go number will be disconnected in three months because I haven’t made a chargeable call, text, or used data in six months. And I want to keep my number. I’m not sure if my sim is in hibernation, but I would like to reactivate my number or get a refund.- I can’t make calls due to this situation so I’m unable to talk to someone from EE over call, is there any other way of resolving this problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
