Please excuse me if these are really dumb questions, but....

1. I now live outside the UK, so haven't used my EE mobile much for a couple of years - except as required keep my number active. I'm returning for a visit shortly, and want to add a 'Pack', like I have done in the past, for minutes, texts and data.

But I'm having trouble understanding the terminology on the site. Is what EE calls a 'subscription pack' essentially the same as what (I think....) used to just be called 'packs' - with various combos of minutes, data, texts? In other words, is the name now simply highlighting the fact that they auto roll-over unless actively cancelled with the 'STOP PACK' message? Or are there still 'non-subscription' packs that I'm somehow missing?

2. I'm also having trouble tonight figuring out where, on the site, is the best place to actually add a pack. The main page for 'subscription' packs says they are for new customers only and seems to direct me to my account page. I'm guessing that's where I would do it, but that page was 'under maintenance' the last couple of times I checked, Can someone confirm that my account area (once it works again) is still the right place to add these (rather mysterious) packs?

Thanks!

Yes, they are what you & I would call packs. The name takes into account that you may now take out a subscription to buy them in the form of a recurring charge to your bank card whenever you need to buy 1. They, the leftover data that is, always rolled over.

The easiest way to buy them is by texting ALL PACKS to 150 & selecting what you want.
