I was in Pack15 before I switched to Pack10. I have £10 in my balance but can’t activate Pack10. Been sending Pack10 to 150 but still doesn’t give me the data. The balance still remain in my account and can’t get online

@Eddie91 : Text STOP PACK to 150. Then buy the £10 pack by texting PACK10 to 150. Then text NOW to 150 to make it start.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
