How can I top up from another country?

Hello,

I have a sim card from my friend from UK. I bought a PIN code to recharge the sim but if I send any message to 150 I get "Send Failed" error. I tried to call 150 but without any success. I have signal, I am able to receive sms but can not send to recharge. What to do?

I am in Bulgaria

@ltvkiril You need to read THIS and THIS this sim is for UK residents

And that sim has to of been used in the UK first before it’ll work abroad

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
