EE top up

Hi, so today i topped up £15 on EE and its went into credit, i have tried transferring it into data by previous responses but nothing has been working just asking me to pay an additional 15 pounds to the pack,

Is there any different way i can change my credit into data?

Which methods have you tried already for purchasing the data and what is happening when you try?

If it is just solely a data add-on you want to purchase, you can purchase it via the add-ons section of your online account, visit add-on.ee.co.uk on your data connection or text ADD DATA and follow the steps in the reply to purchase via text.

If it is a monthly pack you are wanting to purchase with your top up, this can be done via your online account as well or text ALL PACKS to 150 and follow the instruction for the pack you want to purchase.
