    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear EE,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a client of yours on a PAYG. Due to technical issues on my phone, I was not able to use it for several months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not trying to reset the number but I have not been able to as I am not allowed to make any phone calls (not even to your help number)&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to have it reset and become operative again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CM&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PAYG phones are hibernated after 179 days without chargeable usage, and have approx 3months grace to reactivate before outright disconnection occurs at 273 days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are in that 3month grace period, you need to contact EE-CS for reactivation - they are on 07953 966150 from any working phone, or +44 800 9566000 from a web-calling app such as Skype.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
