Hi there,I was on pay monthly and I had fixed spend cap at £0. My contract has ended and migrated to pay as you go. Looks like I can’t use the top up as as spend cap was set at £0.

Text SPEND CAP to 150. However, their services are currently down at the moment so you will have to wait for it to come back up.

@Mshah45340 : There aren't any Spend Caps on PAYG.

Thanks for coming to the community.

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, there isn't a spend cap on a pay as you go SIM, so that wouldn't be impacting you topping up.

What is happening when you try to top-up?
