    <description>&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hy i make online an order for pay as you go .I was on other provider when I make the switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;I choose the 35 pounds package with a sim and I give the PAC code and my preference to keep the old number .&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I receive the sim I insert it in the phone but my allowance wich i have brought with the sim didn't arrived in my account .&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Are 2 days now .The number from other provider have been cancelled on the other line i cant use it and în ee the number have not been alocate yet...what can I do in this situation??&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try to text AL to 150 from the new EE SIM and let me know what text you get back?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try to call out using the SIM?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you gave us a PAC, the number would only disconnect from your old provider when it is moved to EE. What happens if someone tries to call your number?&lt;/P&gt;
