Hello,

I'm based in Canada now, but have always kept my EE number active (for years), to use on my return visits to the UK.

I'm starting to prepare for another visit - February- and I'm trying to figure out what's going on now with 'Packs' and 'Subscriptions'. The options used to be clear, and the info easy to find. But the web site seems to be a disaster - impossible to find any clear info, lots of errors when accessing pages.

So I'm hoping another user, or EE staff, can point me to how to go about adding a *non-renewing* 'Pack' (for calls, texts, data), and what the options currently are (and where on the site to actually find them now...)

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer!

SJN

A quick update: I just remembered that the EE app (which I don't normally open in Canada) offers something like the kinds of options I was looking for.

They aren't as straightforward as the old 'bundles' of minutes, texts, and data that we used to be able to get in one 'Pack' - but they do seem to provide useable short-term options, without having to deal with an annoying 'Subscription'.

But please don't hesitate to steer me in another direction, if I'm still missing potentially useful short-term options.

Thanks

SJN

All packs are reoccurring. When you want to not continue using them just stop topping-up and to be sure text STOP PACK to 150.

Packs are still bundles of mins., texts and GBs of data costing £10 upwards.

Thanks for the helpful reminders - especially about the need for the 'STOP PACK' message. I had completely forgotten about that important step!

SJN
