Not manually topped up for years.

I just went and bought a voucher at 10pm, to my shock you are unable to top up by calling 150 and typing in the code, so instead I text the pin to 150 using the VO prefix, ok so its topped up.. my pack didn't take credit.

I tried calling the timewasting 07953 966 150 number that lets you navigate through the menus and enter your mobile details before saying good by we are closed 😡
(here's an obvious idea 💡... say you re closed before wasting peoples time 🤡)

So I went down the route of texting Pack 10/20/30 etc to 150, it tells you to reply with a YES
something I have done 20 times ... It simply doesn't work.

I don't really care about the reasons why its not working, nor do i need a reply from someone saying to call 150 in the morning, its 2024 almost 2025...for a communications company it shouldn't be this difficult to top up, it doesn't happen with my Vodaphone or my O2, I noticed online that Im not the only one this has happened to and its inexcusable, quit worrying about surveys and advertising , all efforts should be put into fixing the very basic fundamentals of being a mobile data provider.. e.g being able to Top Up 24/7 !!
