&lt;P&gt;Before the most recent top up, how long ago was the last time you added credit to the account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, when was the last time you used the SIM card to make a chargeable call or text?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
