However I have ran out minutes and wanted to add extra. When I first tried I got a message saying my balance was £492, I added £5 which took my balance to £497.&nbsp;<BR />I have just tried to top up with the text service using add mins and chose the option A5 this still hasn’t added any minutes to my balance.&nbsp;<BR /><BR /></P><P>I don’t understand what is happening and why I have a balance of nearly £500.
