The add on website is not working, and I can’t add on and pay for the subscription

something wrong? It says the website have issues

I saw that it happened since April

Try using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details. Then buy the pack by text code.

Is there also a way to change subscription from a 20£ to 10£ subscription? Since next month I will be abroad and won’t use the phone number

Text STOP PACK to 150, top-up to £10 & then buy the pack by texting PACK10 to 150. It'll start when the £20 pack expires, You could even go w/out any packs while you're away.
