Problems with a pack purchase

Hello! I have a problem. I have topped up my account and now have 15£ credits (I see it on the main screen of EE app inside the yellow frame). Also I see "0 b data left". I don't know how to buy a 15£ pack for these 15 credits, how to use them. The EE site doesn't work especially on the needed page with packs. What should I do?

Just on the back of @Matt_124's advice, definitely give the text a try to get your Pack added!
