If it says you have £0 credit you can't possibly be spending it against per-unit charges. Anyway there is no per MB charge for data. You have to buy a pack or add-on 1st to use data.

I just joined EE, I went to buy a £10 pack from the app, went to "pay with top up" - so topped up £10.00, now

I am getting a message saying "successful, we've taken £0.00" , your balance is STILL £10.00

I've text PACK10 and AL to 150

It now says it will start when I call, text or use data, so am I safe to now start using the sim card?, I do not want

to start using it thinking, it's using an allowance, for it to use the £10.00 credit and like 15p a MB and have to top up yet again.

Hi @Mailboxmagic

Welcome to the Community!

We don't want you to have any trouble getting your pack up and running, so I'd recommend sending a text to see if this activates the pack. If this isn't the case then give our team a call, and they will be able to help you get this sorted.
