To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

Hi Chris,

I have the same issue my pack was not active before i left the UK... But my case is that I don't mind paying as i make/receive call but at the moment without roaming i can't receive call even with sub pack or credit on the phone.

My only option is to buy roaming... Why can't i just pay whatever I have inside my credit when someone call me?

I've switched the auto network off/on to o2 still can't receive call.

Thanks,

C.

Hi @NelsonBraga

Welcome to the community.

You should still have the option to pay for calls and texts from any credit balance you have when you are abroad. The option to use your pack allowances is there if you pay for the daily or weekly add-on in the EU is available as an alternative.

What is happening when you try to call or text, or if someone calls you?

Which country are you currently in?

Michael
