My number cannot call or text abroad and call centres online from EE are NON

MY NUMBER CANNOT TEXT OR CALL OR RECEIVE CALLS AT ALL - NO EVEN ABLE TO TEXT 150 - EITHER IN UK OR ABORAD. EE NOT HELPFULL AT ALL. THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR NO REASON AND I AM A CUSTOMER SINCE 2008 I NEED EE FOR MY NUMBER MOBILE TO CALL ME ASAP OR EMAIL ME ACTUALLY AS I AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIUVE CALLS AS I WILL BE SURE CHANGING PROVIDER.

unable to receive calls a year now im trying to solve it and nothing or NOONE FROM EE HELPED unable to TEXT OR EVEN TEXT TO 150 OR EVEN CALL 150 CALLS FAILED

Just to be sure here, are you in the UK at the moment or are you elsewhere?

If you're abroad which country are you in, and did you make sure to enable roaming on your account before you went away?
