What error message do you see when you try to add a card?

Are you trying to do this through the EE app or the website?

tried to do it online and with ee app. I can not see anywhere to update my new credit card details

Do you see the option for Direct Card Payments?

Download the EE App or go to ee.co.uk
Select Set Up Direct Card Payments. You can also choose a pack here, if you don't already have one.
Choose an already registered card or register a new card.

Text STOP PACK to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack choose to pay for it by direct card payment with your new card.

I have exactly the same problem. There is nowhere in the EE App to add a payment card!

@William239 : You have a chance to add a payment card when you buy a pack thro' your EE a/c.
