I already have money in my credit, I want to use that amount to buy a £20 pack, but I can’t without paying more money. I just want to use the amount of money I have spent on my credit to buy data

If you already have at least £20 credit, text PACK20 to 150 to buy the pack.

What I’m confused about is why I have to pay again for a £20 pack when I already paid £20 which is in my credit. I just want to transfer the amount in the credit to the pack, instead of spending another £20

What's asking you to pay £20? If you have the credit, texting PACK20 just buys it from the credit.

Thanks so much for sharing the text you're receiving.

I can definitely see you have enough credit to buy the Pack you want. If you already have the £20 Pack in place attached to your account, have you tried texting NOW to 150? This should start the Pack immediately.
