@best4boys Are you on PAYG as you’ve posted in the PAYG forum. If you are you’re not billed on PAYG hence no bill/statement.

Welcome to the community.

You can download a copy of your monthly bill from the Bills & Payments section of your EE Online account. That should work as a proof of address.

Have you had a chance to check your account online like @Christopher_G recommended and download your bill?

On the PDF of your bill, the address will show in the top right hand corner like on a traditional letter.
