EE Top up Issue

Been trying to top up on the app and says need verification from Bank but that page is broken and site owner is aware. Nothing on Banking app to confirm. Tried calling 150 to do it and that gets as far as the post code and then the call just cuts off each time at the same place, multiple times. All I want to do is top up, why is this always so hard with EE? Never had these issues with other providers. The APP is really bad and not user friendly. Please just help me top up my phone.

I am sorry that you are having trouble getting topped up.

Can you try to use our faster payment page to top up?

This page doesn't need you to login, just your mobile number and card details.
