&lt;P&gt;If your number has already gone into hibernation it's too late to top-up. You then have a further grace period of 3 months to reactivate it by calling CS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>EE won't let me reinstate my number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account went into hibernation but I can't get though to anyone for help I try to call and it says that it's free for EE numbers but when I try to call them it says I don't have the data to make a call??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I'm basically stuck beacause I can't top up my mum tried to help and lost 20 basically trying to top me up and my numbers probably gonna get recycled and I don't know what to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you calling from your EE SIM that has been suspended?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If yes, calls won't connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have access to another line? please try calling 0800 956 6000 or visit your local EE Store with photo ID.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
