Subscription pack not activating

My subscription pack is set to renew each month and I get sent a reminder telling me to top up before it runs out for it to automatically renew but when I topped it up before the subscription pack ran out, it’s not automatically renewed. It’s telling me that I need to top up for it to renew but when I text balance to 150 it says I’ve money in it which is the required amount for the subscription pack to renew. Can anyone help with this please?

Welcome to the community.

If the credit is there, it should just be starting the pack again automatically.

What happens if you text NOW to 150?
