I am trying to buy an add on package of data and minutes for my Sim but when i put in card details and click confirm it takes me back to the page to fill the card details again. I have tried this with multiple cards but the payment doesn’t seem to go through.
Can you kindly resolve this issue.

PayG means pay as you go right? If yes thats what I have

Yes, PAYG = Pay As You Go.

What add-on are you trying to buy? Show us the page where you are doing this. Obscure your card details, if any.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
