hi, i recently topped up my number with 10 pounds and i texted 150 and it did say that i have a balance of 10 pounds. the issue is, i don't know how much data and/or calls the 10 pounds gets me and the text doesn't include the amount of data or calls i have available. how would i be able to know exactly how much i have left? additionally, how would i know that the data i currently use is from the 10 pounds and not the rollover? i have the ee app but it doesn't show any data about my payg sim either. thanks in advance 🙂

@cheni You have no data unless you purchase a pack or data add on a pack will give you a set amount of data, calls and texts. Text PACK to 150 to see what you can get . A pack will last 30 days.

so what does the 10 pounds top up get me? the top up was at the payg link as well

Like @Chris_B mentioned, you can text PACK to 150 for details or the different packs you can get and their costs.

You can also view the different packages at Pay as you go Price plans.

If you text PACK10 to 150 it will buy the £10 pack with 8GB data, 500 minutes, unlimited texts over 30 days.
