Top Up Sim card using a Voucher from outside UK

Hi everyone

I want to Top Up my sim card. I have a 16 digit voucher code. I know that if I was in UK I could text 150 with VO then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number.

But I am not in UK now and calling 150 will not work.

What should I do to top-up using my voucher.

As you can't text 150 outside EU you can't use your voucher outside EU.

Hi @mdiba

You can call Customer Service from a different line and the team will be able to register the Top up voucher to your line.
Alternatively, you can wait until you get back to UK to use your voucher and in the mean time top up another way.

Well I can't find the 16 digit voucher code. I was given a £10 card today and the only codes I can see on the packet are either a 12 or 13 digit code. So I have no idea how to set up this sim!

@neetielou : Is the card you bought for £10 a SIM? If so, you don't get vouchers with them. Vouchers are bought in shops selling Top-ups.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
