I got my sim in Ukraine and it doesn't work.

Here is a screen, I've added funds to my account.
But I cant call from my sim to 150 number and can't send messages to 150.
My allowances also = 0
I need to be able to receive sms on my sim, but it doesn't work. Spend 4 hours and 0 results. Please advice.

@kris0508tina : Are you saying you bought ("got") your SIM while in Ukraine? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

It's also unlikely you could call or text 150 from outside EU.
