&lt;P&gt;We'll always aim to get any issues in the area sorted out as soon as we can, but in the meantime if you have WiFi available at home, you may be able to keep connected via our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/using-phone-features/use-wifi-calling#article-heading-2" target="_blank"&gt;WiFi Calling service&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This uses your home broadband connection in place of the normal cellular signal to carry your calls and texts, but otherwise your phone works in exactly the same way it always would.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Anybody else having issues with credit? I can’t call 150, telling me insufficient credit, I have 12.6 GB of data but won’t connect to internet on 4G, it’s doing my head it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an EE SIM pack yesterday, and it seems like I made a bad decision.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, I attempted to link my number to the My EE app, but kept receiving an error message that said, "We're having trouble linking your products." I tried using both the web browser and the phone app, and the issue persisted on both platforms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to information I found on a forum, one can manually top up by calling "150" to activate the service. I had bought a £15 pack, and after loading £15, the internet, calling, and texting services worked—until today. Suddenly, my internet and calling services stopped working. When I tried calling 150, the system informed me that I didn't have enough balance to make the call and suggested that I top up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I texted BALANCE or AL to 150, and this was the response I received:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT color="#999999"&gt;Your current balance as of today 19:14 is £0.00. You have unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 49.0GB remaining until 15/10/2023 for your £15 Pack. Your remaining data includes&amp;nbsp;of rolled over data. Your last top up was £15.00 on 14/09/2023 at 23:28.
